At the flagship International Conferences on Software Architecture, IEEE/IFIP WICSA and Comparch 2016, Grace Lewis and Patricia Lago received a Best Paper Award. The paper presents a decision model for cyber-foraging systems, i.e. software systems and cyber-physical systems that by design optimize the use of resources like energy, cloud services, battery, in resource-scarce environments. Grace will defend her PhD thesis on June 7, 2016. The paper is in collaboration with the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, and co-authored with prof. Paris Avgeriou (RuG).
Congrats Grace and Patricia!
